By using www.technomatters.ae (the “Website”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. These terms cover use of the Website only. IT services we provide are governed by a separate written proposal, quotation or service agreement.

- All prices shown on the Website (for example “From AED 299 /user/month”) are indicative, exclusive of VAT unless stated, and subject to change without notice.
- A binding price is provided only in a written quotation or service agreement issued by Technomatters.
- Promotional offers such as the free IT health check are subject to the eligibility conditions stated (for example UAE businesses with 5+ users, one per company, subject to availability), and we may withdraw or change them at any time.
5. Products and hardware
Product availability, specifications and brands listed are subject to stock. Warranty on refurbished hardware (for example 90 days) and on new hardware is as stated in your invoice or the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
6. Service levels
Response times, uptime figures and SLAs mentioned on the Website describe our typical service plans. The SLA that applies to you is the one in your signed service agreement.
7. Intellectual property
The Website’s design, text, graphics and the Technomatters name and logo belong to Technomatters or its licensors. Third-party brand names and logos (such as Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet, Dell, HP, Lenovo and Veeam) are trademarks of their respective owners and are shown only to identify products and services we work with.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Website. This includes attempting unauthorised access, introducing malware, scraping content for commercial use, or submitting false or misleading information through our forms.
9. Third-party links
The Website links to third-party websites and services, including WhatsApp, Google Maps and social media. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
